60 Minute Massage $65
A relaxing and therapeutic full body table massage using Swedish and Esalen techniques and sometimes incorporating shiatsu, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, passive stretches and reflexology.
90 Minute Massage $80
Same as above but better! Here you can get more detail work and address specific areas of tension. A 90-minute massage will allow a deeper level of relaxation and can incorporate more techniques.
120 Minute Massage $95
The ultimate in bliss and relaxation! Two full hours allows us to address the entire body, from the upper and lower back, shoulders, arms, legs, hips, hands, feet, and neck, including the chest and abdomen, face and scalp. This amount of time means we can work out specific areas of tension as well as induce overall relaxation. Experience a level of wholeness and balance like you never have before.
Traditional Thai Massage
60 Minute Thai Massage $65
Performed either on a futon mat on the floor or on a massage table with the client fully clothed, the ancient art of Thai Massage incorporates yogic stretches and acupressure using thumb or palm pressure with massage. It increases flexibility and helps to release tension and energy blockages, bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.
90 Minute Thai Massage $80
Experience the same benefits as above, with a more extensive repertoire of yogic stretches. Very thorough and relaxing!
Reiki
60 Minute Treatment $65
Healing using the laying on of hands. Reiki works with the universal life force or "chi" to release blockages of energy in the body. The client is fully clothed on the massage table while the energy is balanced through a series of hand positions. Clients generally experience deep relaxation during a session.
