Therapeutic Massage
Please note my massage services are for female clients only.
60 Minute Massage $75
A relaxing and therapeutic full body table massage using Swedish and Esalen techniques and sometimes incorporating shiatsu, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, passive stretches, and reflexology.
90 Minute Massage $95
Same as above but better! Here you can get more detail work and address specific areas of tension. A 90-minute massage will allow a deeper level of relaxation and can incorporate more techniques.
Thai Yoga Massage
60 Minute Thai Yoga Massage $75The ancient art of Thai Yoga Massage adapted to the massage table. Peformed with the client clothed, Thai Yoga Massage incorporates yogic stretches and acupressure using thumb and palm pressure with massage. It increases flexibility and helps to release tension and energy blockages, bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki
60 Minute Treatment $75
Healing using the laying on of hands. Reiki works with the universal life force or "chi" to release blockages of energy in the body. The client is fully clothed on the massage table while the energy is balanced through a series of hand positions. Clients generally experience deep relaxation during a session.
Gift certificates are available for any treatment.
